One address, read by a person. Reasonable things to write about:

• A number here is wrong or stale. The most useful message we get. Tell us which page and, if you have it, the source that disagrees — we will check it and correct the page.
• A product has been reformulated, discontinued, or has a newer certificate. These are exactly the changes that quietly turn a correct page into a wrong one.
• You are a brand or a certifying body and something we have published about your product is inaccurate. We will correct an error on the evidence, and we will tell you plainly if we think the page is right.
• Press, or a question about how the site works. The methodology and editorial standards answer most of it.

What we do not do

We do not accept payment, product, or any other consideration for coverage, placement or a favourable verdict, and we do not publish sponsored posts or guest articles. Requests of that kind get a polite no.

Corrections policy

When we get something wrong we change the page and leave the correction visible rather than quietly editing it away. Every figure on the site links its source; if the source and this site disagree, the source wins and we are the ones who need fixing.
