LMNT vs Liquid I.V.: what the labels say
Last reviewed 2026-09-24. Every label figure and certification record below was read from its source on that date, and each links it. No price is shown.
A stick of LMNT carries 1,000 mg of sodium and 0 g of sugar; a stick of Liquid I.V. Lemon Lime carries 500 mg of sodium and 11 g of sugar. They are built differently: LMNT is zero-sugar and higher in sodium, Liquid I.V.'s Hydration Multiplier includes sugar by design. Which suits someone is not something a label comparison can settle, and this page does not try.

Third-party testing
NSF Certified for Sport's search returned no LMNT product on 2026-09-24. It lists one Liquid I.V. product, the Sugar Free Raspberry Lemonade Hydration Multiplier in a 13 g stick, which is not the Lemon Lime product compared here. Neither statement says anything about how either is made; it is only what the certifier's list shows. More on that: which electrolyte mixes NSF lists.
Four more mixes, with the same figures: six electrolyte drink mixes compared.

It makes no health, benefit or treatment claim, gives no hydration or dosing advice, and says nothing about whether any product is safe or right for you.
